Siloam purchased this 1/3 acre site, with the benefit of planning permission, to create a 4200 square foot house over three levels.
The style of the house is very contemporary with monocouche render rather than brickwork. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor feature Juliet balconies. The house has a highly thermally efficient SIPS frame with underfloor heating to the ground floor.
The contemporary feel follows through into the interior where there are six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
There is a huge galleried staircase constructed of ask and glass benefitting from a full height window. The main feature of the house is the 31 foot by 23 foot open plan kitchen/family room.
This project was completed in January 2017.
