Pete joined Siloam in 2012, having run his own construction company for many years. In 2018 Pete and his wife Hannah joined the board of directors.
He has a passion for building and enjoys seeing the finished product and the smile on the client’s face. Pete is often found in the office, on the phone, or in meetings with clients as he entrusts his highly skilled team to carry out the day-to-day construction.
Pete has a level 4 qualification in Construction Site Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Hannah is a director of Siloam Construction and is married to Pete. She brings a wealth of experience in leadership and people management, and supports and advises Pete as he navigates the day-to-day running of the business.
Gareth joined the Siloam family in 2017 as our first Project Manager, having previously worked for one of the best roofing companies in the area for many years.
Gareth takes the lead in many of the external projects we work on. He brings a wealth of knowledge in construction, as well as being hard working, experienced and a great team leader.
Steve joined the Siloam family in 2019, having worked with Siloam as a carpentry subcontractor for over 10 years, and after much persuasion decided to join the team full time. Steve began his career as a joiner for a local company and soon set up his own carpentry business which he successfully ran for 17 years. Steve brings a very high standard of work, attention to detail and plenty of experience of project management in both big and small builds.
Andy is our dedicated Plumbing, Heating and Gas Safe Engineer who joined the Siloam family in Sept 2021. Andy had subcontracted to Siloam for up two years prior to taking this step. Andy completed a career change in 2008, moving from a marketing/project management role into the plumbing & heating trade industry, running his own successful business for over 10 years of that time. Andy is Gas Safe Registered, experienced in boiler and heating installations including under floor heating, water softeners, bathroom refurbishments and plumbing maintenance.
In his personal life Andy has two children and loves his sport and fitness.
