After a successful kitchen install at the same property Siloam Construction were invited to carry out a complete re-roof of the main sanctuary at Jubilee Community Church. The roof was tired, had very little insulation and was leaking in a number of locations.

The work involved:
• Full scaffold of the building
• Removal of the old roof covering
• Structural modification to incorporate the installation of 2 remotely operated velux windows to aid with ventilation and airflow on the balcony
• Modern, high performance insulation
• Installation of modern breather felt and batten
• Installation of concrete interlocking tiles
• Complete redecoration of the sanctuary after the roofing works were completed.

We completed the work under budget and on schedule.
