We engaged Siloam Construction Services to do a single storey kitchen/utility extension for us and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We met with Pete numerous times throughout the planning process and he was superb in helping us navigate through the hundreds of decisions that needed to be made, including choice of bricks, roof tiles, windows, air conditioning etc etc. The team that Pete has are brilliant and as both of us work full time, we needed someone who could truly project manage the day to day activities and liaise with all the necessary trades as well as window and kitchen companies etc. Gareth, Steve and Andy, who all project managed our build at different times were an absolute pleasure to work with, very proactive, spotted and solved problems without even needing to raise them and always communicated openly. The build ran exactly to time and they also made it feasible for us as a family to live in the house while the build was taking place. The biggest compliment we can give Siloam is that they were able to convert our vision on paper into a reality and we now have a kitchen extension which has transformed the house and has a real 'WOW' factor. Pete Felgate and his team at Siloam Construction are an outstanding team of builders. I recently bought a new build property from them in Winnersh and the finished property is amazing. The build itself was a smooth and seamless process for me as a client.
