Siloam were presented with the opportunity to purchase the site formerly known as The Cinnamon Tree in Maidens Green, Winkfield. The purchase included the benefit of planning for 2 substantial 5 bedroom detached homes both built in ½ acre plots. The construction method was traditional cavity brick and blockwork, with a clay tiled roof. The house included many modern features, including solar PV panels, underfloor heating with smart connectivity to both floors, and modern fitments. Although the house was traditional in style, with handmade cornice plasterwork, and many other decorative features, the technology created the perfect blend into the 21st century.
